The countryside Tien Canh, Tien Hiep, Tien Chau… in Tien Phuoc District are famous for the Langsat fruit. This fruit has been improving the lives of many families here. The harvest season of Langsat is like the golden season, but there are times, it lost its value that makes gardeners neglect, not wanting to take care of the farm anymore. Born in Tien Phuoc, Mr. Nguyen Van Nhat – Chairman of the Board and CEO of Nhat Linh Cooperative Group always looks for the way to increase the value of his homeland fruit by investing in researching Langsat wine products. Through many recipe trials, up to 2014, Mr. Linh and other colleagues have successfully found the right recipe for this unique wine.
The materials are picked precisely, they are the Langsat that are ripe just enough with clean and completed shelves. They are fermented in 8 – 10 days and then boiled. The steam rises to condense into alcohol. After that, the fine wine is filtered and distilled. Along with that, Mr. Nhat also processes pure 34-degree rice wine, undergoes the brewing, distillation stage, and then blends pure rice wine and pure rice wine with the right proportion, creating a kind of Langsat wine. It has a charming taste for connoisseurs enjoying when coming to Tien Phuoc. After being prepared, the wine will be put into the cellar for 3-6 months before being pumped out for the second time to filter out the absolute impurities, then prepare and bottled for consumption. Wines undergo the distillation, distilling carefully, do not use additives and preservatives. Thanks to the secret of yeast bait and its own blending ratio, Nhat Linh's Langsat wine from Tien Phuoc has a sweet, mellow taste and a little spicy characteristic of the wine, which is preferred by consumers. In particular, the longer the wine is, the better the flavor. “For quality sake, we value inputs very seriously, raw materials must be carefully selected, the material must be good to make the good outcome. Regarding the stages of wine processing, I applied the family secret, constantly learning and exploring how to make the wine taste better and better”, said Mr. Nhat. “Naturally sweet, mellow and a little pungent, especially in the style of wine, giving the drinker a refreshing, light-hearted feeling”. That is the comment of most drinkers when they try Langsat wine of Nhat Linh Cooperative Group.
